Salary & Benefits
You will receive a competitive salary, eligibility for annual incentives, and time off. You will also be eligible for a robust benefits package including, but not limited to: health, dental, vision, telemedicine, and 401k.
SCA Employees will receive Health and Welfare Contributions
Our government contracts comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA). The SCA allows for most employees to receive a Health and Welfare contribution. This contribution deposits into a Premium Reserve Account (PRA) which allows for funds to be used first towards the payment of your medical premiums. The surplus funds are eligible to be deposited into the following accounts: 401K, HSA, dependent care or tuition reimbursement. And none of this comes out of your hourly pay!
